Biomedical Company Lanx to Build Ohio Location

Lanx, a biomedical company based in Colorado, will launch its Lumbar Motion Monitor Commercialization project in Columbus, Ohio, according to an Ohio Business Development Coalition news release.

The Lumbar Motion Monitor Commercialization project will finalize the design and commercialization of devices to measure the range of lumbar motion in back injury patients. Lanx has collaborated with several Ohio organizations, including The Ohio State University Biodynamics Laboratory, OrthoNeuro and the Cleveland Clinic Center for Spine Health.

In June, Ohio Third Frontier awarded Lanx $1 million for the Lumbar Motion Monitor Commercialization project.
