Here are three things to know about Dr. Almefty:

 

1. Dr. Almefty specializes in skull base surgery, meningiomas, acoustic neuromas and spinal surgery.

 

2. He earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

 

3. Dr. Almefty completed his neurosurgery residency at Phoenix-based Barrow Neurological Institute and his skull base surgery at Boston-based Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

 

Here are three things to know about Dr. Turner:

 

1. Dr. Turner has expertise in scoliosis, spinal deformity, complex spine surgery, revision spine surgery, spinal cord tumors, spinal trauma, minimally invasive spine surgery as well as cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgery.

 

2. He obtained his medical degree and doctorate degree in physiology from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark.

 

3. Dr. Turner completed his neurosurgery residency and scoliosis and spinal deformity fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute. He then completed his complex spine surgery fellowships at San Diego Spine Foundation and Schulthess Clinic in Zurich, Switzerland.
