Ascension Seton and Austin (Texas) Regional Clinic have completed the first next-gen robot-navigated spinal fusion, according to a Jan. 28 news release.
Akshay Yadhati, MD, performed the milestone case, a minimally invasive surgery.
This is his second time debuting a minimally invasive technology in Austin. He also performed Austin’s first endoscopic spine surgery.
