3. Kenneth M.C. Cheung, MD, vice president of the Scoliosis Research Society is one of three authors of the volume.
4. Lawrence G. Lenke, MD, surgeon-in-chief of the spine hospital at New York-Presbyterian/Allen and director of spinal deformity surgery at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York, is another author.
