Stefan Prada, MD, will join Tampa, Fla.-based Physician Partners of America April 1.

1. Dr. Prada comes to PPOA after 11 years at recently shuttered Tampa-based Laser Spine Institute.

2. He is an orthopedic laser spine surgeon who performs outpatient minimally invasive surgery and regenerative medicine procedures.

3. Dr. Prada received his medical degree from Albany (N.Y.) Medical College. He served in the U.S. military and earned a Joint Meritorious Unit Award, among other decorations.
