Blue Cross Blue Shield Spine Surgery Designation recognizes facilities that demonstrate expertise in delivering quality and affordable healthcare, according to the American Spine Registry. The 2025 Blue Distinction Centers for Spine Surgery Program evaluates acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers that offer elective spine surgery for adults with degenerative disease.
