The 8th World Congress of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Techniques will convene spine leaders in Los Angeles in May, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

The WCMISST 2026 will take place May 7 through May 9 at the Hyatt Regency LAX, and leaders will focus on advances in endoscopic spine surgery, motion preservation, interventional pain, and emerging technologies.

WCMISST President Kai-Uwe Lewandrowski, MD; executive director Gun Choi, MD, PhD; scientific program director Morgan Lorio, MD; co-program chair Don Young Park, MD, and Kenneth Blum, PhD, chair of translational science & innovation are leading the conference.
