5 spine surgeon moves in December

1, Benjamin Bjerke, MD, joined Clark Orthopedic, Spine & Sports Medicine in Jeffersonville, Ind.

2. Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital hired Einar Borgason, MD, and Matthew Robinson, MD.

3. Frank Cammisa, MD, was named chief medical officer of Orthobond.

4. Theodore Spinks, MD, was tapped to lead a new neurosurgery program at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida in Fort Myers.
