Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center (Gastonia, N.C.): The Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center includes fellowship-trained spine doctors specializing in surgical and nonsurgical spine care. The center is also affiliated with CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

Casper (Wyo.) Orthopedics: Casper Orthopedics was founded in 1976 by Jerome Behrens, MD, and John Bailey, MD. Its spine team includes Trevor Gessel, MD, a fellowship-trained sports medicine physiatrist, and Marko Tomov, MD, a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon.

Norton Leatherman Spine (Louisville, Ky.): Norton Leatherman Spine is the spine center of Norton Healthcare. The center is named after Kenton Leatherman, MD, the first doctor in the state to repair scoliosis surgically.

Spine Team Texas (Southlake): Spine Team Texas has 10 locations throughout the state. The practice’s multidisciplinary team includes orthopedic spine surgeons, neurosurgical spine surgeons and pain management specialists that prioritize conservative treatments to prevent the need for surgery as a first option.

The Spine Center at Valley View (Glenwood Springs, Colo.): The providers at Valley View Hospital’s spine center are ranked in the top 10% of healthcare providers in the U.S. for patient experience. Valley View is also the first hospital in the state’s Western Slope region to offer spine surgery using Medtronic’s Mazor X Stealth robotic technology.
