1. Cato Laurencin, MD, PhD, earned the Founders Award from the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society.

2. Spine surgeon Brian Fiani, DO, earned the Young Alumni Award from Michigan State University.

3. Joshua Jacobs, MD, earned the 2024 William W. Tipton Jr., MD, Leadership Award from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

5. Duane Anderson, MD, earned the AAOS’ 2024 Humanitarian Award. 

6. Boris Zelle, MD, earned the AAOS’ 2024 Diversity Award.
