Here are five hospitals and health systems that are investing in expanding their spine programs.

Carolinas Hospital System in Florence, S.C., opened the Center for Advanced Joint and Spine Care.

 

Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Memorial Health System opened a new spine center.

 

Abay Neuroscience Center in Wichita (Kan.) is starting a bi-monthly clinic at Newton (Kan.) Medical Center.

 
Columbus-based OhioHealth announced plans for $91 million in improvements at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield (Ohio) Hospital and OhioHealth MedCentral Shelby (Ohio) Hospital, which will include expanded orthopedic services such as spine services.

 

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (N.J.) announced the establishment of the Center for Orthopedic & Spine Health.
