1. Philip Louie, MD, of Seattle-based Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, was named co-program chair of the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.

2. Don Park, MD, joined Orange, Calif.-based UCI Health. 

3. BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine in Colorado has added Robert Harper, MD, to its staff. He will start Jan. 15.
