1. Gautier, Miss.-based Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists has been hit with a federal lawsuit following a patient data breach that compromised the personal information of 242,986 people. 

2. A lawsuit filed against Morgantown. W.Va.-based J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital accuses an anesthesiologist of negligence during a 2021 spinal surgery.

3. Three female physicians are suing Los Angeles County and alleging that Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif., ignored multiple complaints against the hospital’s former orthopedic department head.
