Amplify Surgical’s dualPortal allows physicians to perform minimally invasive procedures through a tube or small incision with a viewing portal for the endoscope.
2. Ibrahim Hussain, MD, a neurosurgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine, has performed the first 3D navigation-guided endoscopic lumbar fusion in New York City. Dr. Hussain is also one of few surgeons in the country that performs the procedure.
3. Michael Gallizzi, MD, is the first spine surgeon in the Colorado Rockies region to incorporate three major endoscopic spine techniques in his practice. He is performing transforaminal, intralaminar and medical branch transcection endoscopic spine surgery.
