Healthcare podcast features Drs. Robert Watkins, David Chang

A new healthcare-focused podcast in Los Angeles will feature a series including Marina Spine Center’s Robert G. Watkins IV, MD, and David Chang, MD.

The new podcast, “HealthCasts,” is an original series developed as a public education tool and featuring physicians at Marina Del Rey (Calif.) Hospital. Dr. Watkins is co-director of the Marina Spine Center and chairman of the surgery department at Marina Del Rey Hospital. Dr. Chang is also a board-certified spine surgeon.
 
The first topics addressed by Drs. Watkins and Chang include back and spine health as well as pain management. Dr. Watkins has a special interest in minimally invasive spine surgery, computer-assisted spine surgery, spinal deformity treatment and disc replacements. He is a spine consultant for several Los Angeles-based sports teams and has performed surgery on several professional athletes.
 
Dr. Chang is also interested in minimally invasive spine surgery, artificial disc replacement and degenerative disorders. He completed a fellowship in spine surgery and has a unique understanding of sports-related injuries.
