A member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Bailey is also affiliated with Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Medical Association and Frank H. Mayfield Society.
After earning his medical degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Dr. Bailey completed a general surgery internship and a neurosurgery residency at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
