Julie A. Long, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon in Pleasanton, Calif.

Specializing in scoliosis and spinal deformity, Dr. Long performs complex spinal reconstructive procedures, revision surgery, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgery, minimally invasive spinal surgery and disc replacement.

 

Dr. Long is affiliated with the North American Spine Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

 

After receiving her medical degree from the University of California – San Diego, Dr. Long completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics. She completed her spine surgery fellowship at Twin Cities Spine Center in Minneapolis.
