Dr. Neely is a member of the Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association and American Medical Association. He focuses on the treatment of cervical and lumbar spinal conditions and disorders. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons in 1982.
Dr. Neely earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville (Ky.), followed by a surgical internship at the Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston. His residency included a fellowship year at the Montreal Neurological Institute in Canada and another at the University of Louisville.
