Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Tom Stanley of OrthoIllinois

Tom Stanley, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at OrthoIllinois in Algonquin.

Dr. Stanley received his medical degree from New Orleans-based Tulane University School of Medicine, where he also earned his master’s of public health degree. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at New York City-based NYU Langone Health Hospital for Joint Diseases.

He is affiliated with several area hospitals. Dr. Stanley is especially interested in minimally invasive spine surgical techniques.
