He specializes in cervical and lumbar spine disorders, peripheral nerve conditions and intracranial pathology. Dr. Fullagar also treats brain tumors.
After receiving his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, he did a neurosurgical residency at the University of Tennessee’s Health Science Center’s Semmes Murphey Clinic in Memphis. Dr. Fullagar also served in the United States Naval Reserve.
