Dr. Roush is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His clinical interests include cervical disc surgery, degenerative disc surgery, disc arthroplasty, epidural cortisone injection, facet joint injections, fracture repair, kyphoplasty, laparoscopic back surgery, scoliosis surgery, spinal cord stimulation, vertebroplasty and spinal fusion.
“I encourage all of my surgeon colleagues to become more politically active locally so that we can take a stand of which our future patients may be proud,” said Dr. Roush in a Becker’s Spine Review article. “We didn’t choose this profession based on the sociopolitical element, but it has been thrust upon us to the point of necessary participation.”
Dr. Roush earned his medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Duke University Medical Center and received fellowship training in spine surgery and spinal arthroplasty at Texas Back Institute in Plano.
