Dr. Crowder received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Royal Oak, Mich.-based William Beaumont Hospital. He is a member of the North American Spine Society, J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society and American Medical Association, among other professional organizations.
Dr. Crowder served as a consultant for the Arizona Medical Board and as adjunct faculty at Kirksville, Mo.-based A.T. Still University. He is a licensed pilot.
