Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Crowder has experience with motion preserving technologies, such as cervical disc replacement.
Dr. Crowder is a member of the North American Spine Society, J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society, American Medical Association and Arizona Orthopaedic Society.
After earning his medical degree from the Little Rock-based University of Arkansas Medical School, Dr. Crowder completed his residency at Duke University in Durham, N.C. Dr. Crowder is also fellowship trained from the William Beaumont Hospitals in Royal Oak, Mich.
