Dr. Swaid specializes in cervical spine disorders, cranial surgery, radiosurgery and trigeminal neuralgia treatment. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham Medical School, where he also completed his neurological surgery residency.
He has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Swaid is affiliated with multiple area hospitals, including Homewood, Ala.-based Brookwood Medical Center and Birmingham-based Trinity Medical Center. He serves on Alabama’s Certificate of Need Review Board.
