A diplomat of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Beer is also a diplomat of North American Spine Society and a diplomat of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He also is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the AANS Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerve.
Dr. Beer received his medical degree from University of Iowa and was a postdoctoral fellow at University of Iowa’s departments of internal medicine and surgery. He served as an assistant clinical professor in University of Colorado Health Science Center’s School of Medicine in Denver.
