He specializes in general neurosurgery and minimally invasive spine surgery.
Dr. Eichert began his career after earning his doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed an internship in general surgery at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. He had two residencies in neurology at Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, Mich., and the other at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital.
He is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
