Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Stefano Sinicropi of Midwest Brain & Spine Institute

Stefano Sinicropi, MD, FAAOS, is an orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgeon as well as the CEO and president of Stillwater, Minn.,-based Midwest Brain & Spine Institute. Dr. Sinicropi treats adult and pediatric trauma, deformities, scoliosis, myelopathy, chronic conditions, infections and tumors.

In addition, Dr. Sinicropi is the co-founder of InSitu Biologics as well as the medical director of spine services at Fairview Health in Minneapolis.

 

Dr. Sinicropi received his medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons before he completed the Kenton D. Leatherman Spinal Fellowship at the University of Louisville (Ky.).
