Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Sean Keem of The Polyclinic

Sean Keem, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at The Polyclinic in Seattle.

Dr. Keem specializes in minimally invasive complex spinal disorders. He received his medical degree from UC San Diego School of Medicine and underwent complex spinal deformity surgery fellowship training at Lakewood (Calif.) Orthopedic Clinic, Chicago-based St. Anthony Hospital and The Children’s Hospital in Denver.

Dr. Keem is a member of the North American Spine Society, Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Association of Presacral Spine Surgeons, among other professional organizations. In his spare time, Dr. Keem enjoys outdoor activities, such as salmon fishing, kayaking and snowboarding.
