Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Scott Leary of Senta Clinic

Scott Leary, MD, is a spine surgeon at the Senta Clinic in San Diego.

Dr. Leary is a pioneer in video-assisted thoracic spine surgery. He is the principal investigator for three FDA clinical trials studying the treatment of symptomatic degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis.

 

Previously, Dr. Leary served as a neurosurgery clinical instructor for the Los Angeles County Hospital. The Consumers Research Council also named him one of America’s Top Surgeons.

 

After earning his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Dr. Leary completed his residency at the Los Angeles County-University Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Leary is also fellowship trained from Century City Doctors Hospital in Los Angeles.
