He specializes in complex and minimally invasive spinal surgery, cerebral aneurysms, brain and spine tumors, chiari malformations, trigeminal neuralgia and hydrocephalus.
He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals and authored several book chapters. Dr. Erickson has also trained surgical residents and medical students for the past 19 years.
A member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Erickson is also affiliated with the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
After obtaining his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Erickson completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Chicago.
