Dr. Gupta specializes in pediatric spine surgery. He received his medical degree from Chicago-based Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Later, he underwent complex scoliosis and spinal disorder fellowship training at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis and Shriners Hospitals for Children — St. Louis.
He currently serves as a clinical orthopedic surgery professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago and previously served as the director of Chicago-based Weiss Memorial Hospital’s Spine Center. Chicago Magazine recently recognized Dr. Gupta as one of Chicago’s Top Doctors.
