Neurological surgery professor at New York City-based Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. McCormick is also the director of the spine hospital at The Neurological Institute of New York in New York City.
Dr. McCormick’s interests include the evaluation, surgical management and outcomes assessment of patients with disorders of the spine and spinal cord. He specializes in spinal cord tumors, vascular malformations, herniated cervical and lumbar discs, spinal stenosis and arthroplasty.
After earning his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. McCormick completed his residency in neurological surgery at the Neurological Institute of New York. Dr. McCormick is also fellowship trained from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
