Specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, Dr. Romero performs artificial disc replacement, cervical spine surgery and lumbar spine surgery.
He is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopeadic Surgeons.
After earning his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Dr. Romero completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Stanford (Calif.) University.
