Dr. Dorsi received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore. As a medical student, he conducted neuropathic pain research and was recognized with the Ronald Tasker Award from the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Harvey Cushing Award from the Johns Hopkins department of neurosurgery. He was also a research scholar of the American Association of Neurology. Dr. Dorsi underwent spine fellowship training at the University of California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Dorsi specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, XLIF, kyphoplasty, artificial disc replacement, peripheral nerve and brachial plexus injuries, peripheral nerve tumors, neurofibromatosis and brain tumors. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, paddle boarding and skiing.
