Dr. Kranzler has a professional interest in minimally invasive muscle splitting microsurgical lumbar and cervical spine surgery as well as balloon compression for trigeminal neuralgia and pituitary tumors. He has more than 45 years of experience. He is a published author, and has had several articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He also has an active interest in neurosurgical education and leads training courses on the use of stimulators.
Dr. Kranzler earned his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago and completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He completed his fellowship in Zurich, Switzerland.
