Dr. Spero performs total lumbar disc replacement surgery as well as minimally invasive, robotic-assisted cervical and lumbar procedures. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
He previously served as chief of spine and scoliosis services at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle, N.Y. Dr. Spero is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Connecticut Orthopaedic Society and North American Spine Society, among other professional organizations.
