Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Kyle Mitsunaga of The Queen’s Medical Center

Kyle Mitsunaga, MD, is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon working out of Honolulu-based The Queen’s Medical Center.

Dr. Mitsunaga earned his medical degree from the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine. He had his residency at the University of California-Davis and he had two fellowships in spine surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center and at the University of California-San Francisco.

 

Dr. Mitsunaga specializes in both surgical and nonsurgical procedures including using surgery to treat the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

 

Dr. Mitsunaga is a lifelong Hawaiian.
