Dr. Huntsman’s specializes in the treatment of degenerative spine conditions, scoliosis and spinal trauma. He performs several types of surgeries including: anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, minimally invasive lumbar surgery, anterior and posterior lumbar interbody fusion, scoliosis fusions and corpectomy.
Dr. Huntsman is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Huntsman earned his medical degree from the Eastern Virginia Medical School of Norfolk, Va.; he completed an internship and his residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland; and he had a fellowship at the Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic of Aurora, Colo.
Dr. Huntsman is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society.
Outside of his career, Dr. Huntsman spent 18 months in Thailand serving the Bangkok Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
