Dr. Cheng has published more than 100 research papers and chapters on spinal surgery. He has held leadership roles in the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American Medical Association, AO Society, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and North American Spine Society, among others.
After earning his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Dr. Cheng completed his residency and complex spine fellowship at the same institution.
