Dr. Cheng serves as chairman of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine’s neurosurgery department. He specializes in complex spinal surgery.
Dr. Cheng received his medical degree from Milwaukee-based Medical College of Wisconsin, where he also underwent neurosurgical complex spine fellowship training.
Dr. Cheng’s research has been published in nearly 150 scientific research papers, chapters and reviews, and he serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals. He is a member of the North American Spine Society, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons, among other professional organizations.
