Spine Surgeon Leader to Know: Dr. John Hall of Flagstaff Bone and Joint

John F. Hall, MD, is a spine surgeon at Flagstaff (Ariz.) Bone and Joint. He joined in 2007 and started the Spine Care Program. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and has served as a squadron flight surgeon in both the U.S. Air Force and Navy.

Dr. Hall’s subspecialties include minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal trauma, spinal infections and tumors and treatment of scoliosis. He performs hybrid multi-level cervical artificial disc replacements and will soon perform a level three hybrid. He has also spent time operating with Drs. Bertagnoli and Marciano in Germany.

Dr. Hall earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his residency at Phoenix Integrated Orthopaedic Residency Program and completed an orthopedic spine fellowship at Panorama Orthopaedic and Spine Center in Golden, Colo.
