Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Jeffrey Kozak of Texas Orthopedic Hospital

Jeffrey Kozak, MD, is a spine surgeon and founding partner of the Texas Orthopedic Hospital in Houston.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Kozak is a managing partner of the Fondren Orthopedic Group in Houston. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society and Texas Spine Society.

 

Dr. Kozak is a founding member and the past president of the Texas Spine Society. In addition, he has published more than 50 professional articles, book chapters and symposium presentations.

 

Dr. Kozak earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Houston-based Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Kozak is also fellowship trained in spine disorders from the London Clinic.
