Dr. Silber is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, American Medical Association and Medical Society of the State of New York. His hospital affiliations include Forest Hills (N.Y.) Hospital, Glen Cove (N.Y.) Hospital and North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y.
Dr. Silber is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and he has a professional interest in adult degenerative, traumatic and deformity spinal surgery including minimally invasive techniques. He also has a clinical interest in cervical herniated discs, lumbar degenerative disc disease and scoliosis.
Dr. Silber earned his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y. He completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and has also completed fellowships at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Jefferson Medical College, both located in Philadelphia as well.
