Additionally, Dr. Lynch is a partner and director of spine services at Regent Surgical Health. He has been published in medical journals including, Spine: Journal of Neurosurgery and Neurosurgery. He is also a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and chairman and director of spine programs at the Surgery Center of Reno.
He is among a handful of spine surgeons with three fellowships in spine surgery. Dr. Lynch completed a neurosurgery residency at Mayo Clinic and spine fellowships at Queens Square in London and Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix under Volker Sonntag, MD. He earned a medical degree from Trinity College Medical School at the University of Dublin.
Dr. Lynch says he is in the process of setting up a Minimally Invasive Spine Center at Surgery Center of Reno and plans to add two partners this year. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Lynch has also participated in research and published articles in several professional journals.
