Dr. Buchowski is also an orthopedic and neurosurgery professor at St. Louis-based Washington University School of Medicine, where he also serves as chief of the spine division. He specializes in spinal tumors, metastatic spine disease and complex reconstructive spine surgery.
He directs the Washington University spine fellowship program and Spinal Tumors Center. Dr. Buchowski received his medical degree from Baltimore-based The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Washington University School of Medicine.
Dr. Buchowski speaks English and Polish.
