Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Greg Anderson of Rothman Institute

Greg Anderson, MD, is a spine surgeon at the Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute. Dr. Anderson is also a professor in the orthopedic and neurological surgery department at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Anderson specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery. Currently, Dr. Anderson is the president of the Society of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery.

 

After earning his medical degree from Loma Linda (Calif.) University School of Medicine, Dr. Anderson completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of California Irvine. Dr. Anderson is also fellowship trained in spinal surgery from Thomas Jefferson University.
