Dr. Keiper is one of only a few surgeons in the region to perform motion segment preservation and artificial disc placement.
Dr. Keiper earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio and completed two residencies, one in general surgery and the other in neurosurgery, at the University of Cincinnati department of surgery.
Dr. Keiper is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, National Association of Spine Surgeons, Oregon Medical Association and Lane County Medical Society.
