Dr. Park serves as the vice chair of quality and safety for the UCLA orthopedic surgery department. His interests include minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal deformity, spine tumor and spinal trauma.
He received his medical degree from the UC San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Stanford (Calif.) University.
Dr. Park is currently a reviewer for The Spine Journal, Global Spine Journal and Spine. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles as well as textbook chapters in spine surgery and has presented his research both internationally and nationally.
