Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Jackson practiced at SpineCare Medical Group in Daly City, Calif. His research, which has been published in Spine and Journal of Hand Surgery, investigates various orthopedic outcomes, although his current focus is on developing techniques for less invasive cervical and thoracolumbar instrumentation. He has won research awards from the Maryland Orthopaedic Association and American College of Spine Surgery.
Dr. Jackson earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He went on to complete his residency training at University of Maryland and University of Maryland Medical Center Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where he also performed his fellowship.
