Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Frazier holds academic appointments at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and SUNY Downstate, both in New York City.
Dr. Frazier is a member of the Cervical Spine Research Society, Scoliosis Research Society, Society for Minimally Invasive Surgery and North American Spine Society.
After earning his medical degree from Boston-based Harvard Medical School, Dr. Frazier completed his residency at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Frazier underwent dual fellowship training at
Jackson (Fla.) Memorial Hospital and Doctor’s Hospital in Miami.
